Mile tracker

Don't have time to post just a quick brag...

Current mile time 11 mins 45 seconds and improving

Who would of thought me running!


Oh I need suggestions my lead in the biggest loser is fading.. I am counting calories and exercising... running and biking upper body weights. I don't like doing much more but I think it is because I do not know what else to do. Suggestions welcome.

What help me alot was also counting my fat grams too...and also I would try to eat raw until dinner. So lots of fruit and and vegies. I love those flatout bread. I would make a wrap out of those and stuff it full of veggies. You are doing a awesome job! your workouts sound great!

I stumble upon your blog randomly every few months....I need to remember to just add you to my stalking list because I always have so much fun reading the latest! My suggestion....don't just work your upper body with weights - do at least 2 days a week of lower body weight lifting - the largest muscle for women is our quads - by working the largest muscle, you aren't only toning/firming your legs....you are also going to burn more calories then when focusing your weight training anywhere else. (Running is great, but really targeting your legs is key: squats, lunges, calf raises, leg press, hamstring stretches, etc).
